With our in-depth experience, we process and build your initial fund profile in each database on our roster and maintain your monthly updates to keep the fund information fresh and current to potential investors. Hedge Fund Database registration is labor intensive. It involves countless emails to submit required documentation, as well as many hours of your valuable time inputting fund information, including contact information, staff bios, fund strategy, portfolio characteristics, as well as historical performance and AUM data. The monthly updates can be just as time consuming as you re-familiarize yourself with each database requirement for data input to update your monthly performance figures. Our service will save you the valuable time that this recurring task requires.
How it Works?
By joining the Opalesque Solutions Hedge Fund Database Listing Solution, your fund will be enrolled with the database offerings listed in all the major hedge fund databases in the world. During the set-up phase, we will carefully build your fund profile in each database, as appropriate. The initial set-up phase is very labor intensive. It will take approximately 2-3 weeks to translate all your data into the various platforms required for each database. Once your fund profile is built out, we will push it live and begin maintaining the profile with your monthly performance updates, change in AUM, change in employee status, etc. We will also keep you abreast of any new information required by the listing services.

How to Join?
Joining our service is easy. We will provide you with a Database Listing Agreement and signed Non-Disclosure Form to ensure the confidential nature of your data. Upon returning the signed Service Agreement and chosen payment method, we will begin the process of gathering your fund data through a company appointed designee. We will work closely with your fund contact to obtain the necessary information to start building your fund profile in the various databases. As the set-up phase work draws to a close, we will have someone from your fund give a final seal of approval to push the information live. Now you are up and running for prospective investors to see your fund information and performance stats.
Monthly Maintenance
The work doesn’t stop there. After we set up your fund profile, we will continue to obtain monthly performance numbers along with any notable fund updates from your company appointed designee and we will subsequently update your profile across all database listings. We will maintain the Database Listings and keep you informed of any new Hedge Fund Databases that meet our internal criteria and subsequently get added to our roster. If one of your preferred databases is not on our current roster, please let us know and we will review its possible inclusion on a case-by-case basis.
