Bernett Diversified Global Fund, L.P.

The Fund's primary investment objective is to generate long-term capital appreciation through the identification of investments that have superior risk-return characteristics. The Fund invests in securities by way of registered investment companies (mutual funds), exchange-traded funds, and direct investments. True to its name, the Fund has a global diversified mandate and will invest a substantial portion of the Fund's assets in securities issued by companies domiciled in or with substantial operations outside of the United States. The Manager's investment style is global macro and aggressive, incorporating a long-term trading strategy and a short-term directional trading strategy. The Hedge Fund is issued under Regulation D, Section 504, with a $1,000 investment minimum, and is open to accredited and non-accredited investors, as well as to qualified purchasers, with a capacity for 100 investors. Because the minimum investment amount is less than $750,000, an incentive / performance fee cannot be charged. Barron’s Magazine, in the November 28, 2011 issue, profiled Bernett Diversified Global Fund, L.P., with a 69.67% return, as the best-performing hedge fund in the United States in October 2011 and in its February 25, 2012 issue, profiled Bernett Diversified Global Fund, L.P., with a 24.23% return, as the 8th best-performing hedge fund in the United States in January 2012.
